1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing to hello@vexamedia.co.za within the specified refund period for the service. Eligibility depends on the service type and terms below.
2. Digital Services (e.g., Web Development, Digital Marketing)
Due to the customized nature of our digital services, refunds are limited once work begins. The following applies:
- Pre-Project Cancellation: If you cancel before work starts, you may receive a full refund, less any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees (up to 10% of the project cost).
- Partial Refunds: If dissatisfied with a project milestone, you may request a review within 7 days of delivery. If concerns cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be offered based on work completed.
- Non-Delivery: If Vexa Media fails to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeline (excluding client-caused delays), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
3. Subscription-Based Services
For ongoing services (e.g., digital marketing or maintenance plans):
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@vexamedia.co.za. No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle, but no further charges will apply.
- Pro-Rated Refunds: Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion, less any applicable fees.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Services already completed or delivered as agreed.
- Third-party fees (e.g., domain registrations, hosting, or advertising costs).
- Rush or expedited service fees.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, email hello@vexamedia.co.za with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
